Covid-19 Update

We are doing everything that we can to keep our customers and ourselves safe at this time. As a result, the following procedures have been put into place for staff working on online orders:

•       Single-use gloves are to be worn at all times, that are disposed of and refreshed at regular intervals. Hand washing and sanitising is a necessity each time that the gloves are replaced. Gloves are worn when packing each order and hands sanitised on hand over to the courier.

•       Hand sanitising stations have been installed at all points of entry and exit at our brewery.

•       Hand washing and sanitising is a necessity after accepting the delivery of any goods, and after any parcel collections.

•       All bottles sent via online orders are sterilised with an antibacterial wipe before packing.

When you open a Hollow Tree parcel, you can be sure that the contents inside are fully sanitised.

Applies to all orders placed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

UK Mainland (Excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland)* -

Scottish Highlands -

Northern Ireland -

£5.45 3 - 4 Working Days  

*Free next working day delivery, to anywhere within a 10km radius of the brewery, minimum £10 order applies.

At this time we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, mainland Europe or the Rest of the World. However should you reside in any of these, please get in touch to see what we can do.

If this happens, get in touch with us at hollowtreebrewing@gmail.com and we can arrange a refund or replacement of the affected beers. Please attach photos of the damaged bottles with your email.

Returns and Refunds

Orders

If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that products may be sent out in multiple parcels and so arrive separately; please allow a little extra time before contacting us. You can check this by looking at your tracking.

For damaged products, incomplete orders or despatched orders that don't arrive within the expected time period, please email hollowtreebrewing@gmail.com

Due to the current circumstances regarding Covid-19, this is not possible. However when restrictions are lifted this will be revisited.

Yes! Any orders that are £10 or more, within a radius of 10km of the brewery will be delivered directly by our team the next working day. We will ensure that our Covid safe measures are in place for this.

Any orders outside of 10km will be delivered by our courier partner, see the delivery and costs section for more on this.
